The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the location and views all fantastic, but truly the staff really stood out as far as making the experience great!

That I had to leave.

Did not use breakfast. Had lunch in the restaurant. The view from the patio is amazing. The location is fantastic with access to the Bosphorus, lots of cafes, coffee shops and other food.

The room had some difficulty with temperature control.

The staff, they’re really friendly which is the most important thing to me. Also the cleanliness of the facilities.The vale is very helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The thermostat worked great to warm up the room.

I like room and location

The stuff on the desk was not helpful and they talked like we are the thief and the told me give me around 4000 tl for deposit I said we are just check in for one day and ok if I keep from my card deposit when you will transfer back to me she said 10 days then I said no I don’t keep deposit with you for 10 days and Iam not eating anything from minibar they said wait for a 10 minutes we are removing everything from room it was really bad moments if I can stay 300 $ for one day I can pay your mini bar 100 usd also but Iam sure Iam not eating this was really un…… for me

The room is beautiful, the location is great, and the view is wonderful. The staff are very kind, and the place is very clean. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The only comment is that the bar on the second floor needs better setup in terms of the outdoor seating, music, and menu.

We wanted to relax on the terrace looking at the Bosphorus. We wanted easy access to the village around the hotel. We wanted to be well cared for. We got all these things!

The north-facing terrace suite I had reserved was not available on arrival, but the conscientious desk agent made one appear. My understanding off the booking.com site was that there would be 2 beds in separate rooms. A roll-away bed (very comfortable) was brought in.

Room size is quite smallFacility structure is out of style and not working well during my 5 night stay most of time telephone was not working, TV collapsed two times, I cannot select tv program language as well everything is in Turkish language

I loved the spacious room , comfortable bed and the wonderful view on the Bosphorus . Friendly staff specially the front desk team . I had a joyful stay although it was short.

The hotel is spacious, clean and tranquil, and sits across from the Bosphorus Strait. We stayed here 2 nights after spending several days in the old city. The area has a much more chill vibe and is more suburban, not far from a forested park/event venue. The staff were quietly attentive, and the room light, bright and clean. Beds were comfortable. The gym was well equipped and clean.We ate at the restaurant that looks out towards the water. Food was fine, Turkish coffee was good and came with a tasty piece of Turkish delight.This is a nice area to walk around, and there is a grocery store nearby that had a nice selection of produce and cheese.

We really like this place. It was a little strange that we had to go through a metal detector each time we came in as the area feels very nice and upscale.

Fast in cleaning, and they clean very well. The location is perfect, the staff were helpful.Room service was perfect too & fast.

Struggled in finding the reception number in the room, and the TV was old we struggled in searching for channels. Also, the iron is missing in the room, it was requested from the reception to bring it.

My room had the best view

I was under the impression that the room and the hotwl was renovated but it was very old fashiones, the carpets were old, the beds were way below accor standarts, the linens were old annd the furniture was outdated.

The location was good for walks along the harbor. There was shopping, restaurants and coffee all within short walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a design very much suited to our tastes. The spa is well equipped and quite pleasant.A special shout-out to Eray and his team for their service and assistance. I had to make a last minute luggage repair that required a special instrument, and these guys solved it quickly and effectively.
